Sources say that the power plant will remain the same; perhaps with the addition of a turbocharger, as used in the Hyundai Veloster. The car will be built upon the existing Sonata chassis, so we think that much of the technical and mechanical parts will be carried over from the old model.
We can also assume that the power plant will use the engine that is now used by car Veloster Turbo.
