2017 Range Rover Sport redesign
A raft of changes is noticeable throughout, although the silhouette is recognizably Range Rover. A new black grille and sporty fender are at the front of the vehicle, and there are new LED fog lights and Xenon headlights which have been tinted slightly to give a more aggressive look.
The profile of the vehicle is similar to all that have gone before it, although the wheel arches seem bigger, but the wheel size is the same as before, a massive 21”, but the new rims are exclusive to this model.
The whole look is finished with large windows and a ribbon like design of LED rear lights. At the rear, you’ll find the regular tailgate, restyled fender and small lip spoiler attached to the top of the tailgate, all color coded.

2017 Range Rover Sport interior
The dashboard remains the same as the previous model, as does the multifunction steering wheel. The center console has had minor changes, but wouldn’t appear much different to you if you’re a regular Range Rover driver; it also houses the original climate control system and touchscreen multimedia player.
The cabin is trimmed in high quality leather, and is color coded throughout; center console, sterring wheel and dashboard.
The front seats are comfortable, yet still retain a good level of lateral support and feel quite sporty; even at speed, they’ll hold you firm and stop you sliding about. Equally, the rear seats feel comfy and supportive, there is plenty of room in the back for the most long-legged of people, and load space is cavernous; a hidden luggage compartment behind the seats can accommodate up to 489 liters, but with the seats folded flat, you squeeze in a massive 1761 liters of luggage.

2017 Range Rover Sport engine
Under the hood is a blown, 3.0 liter V6 gasoline engine that still manages to comply with the strict Euro-5 regulations, thanks in part to the direct injection system from Bosch. Even more impressive is that despite emissions compliance, the motor produces 380 BHP and an impressive 340 lb/ft of torque.
The power is transferred to the wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
