There is a plan to start selling new vehicle in the second half of 2018, i.e. it is logical to expect debut in the beginning of the same year. We can make it longer and wider to create a machine very quickly and not from scratch”, – explained de Nayssen in an interview with the Automotive News. According to him, the engineers are working literally at record speed.

In addition, besides the giant Cadillac Crossover SUV will offer two sizes for more modest XT5. By the way, just XT5 has already received a lot of good reviews for the driving properties.

The full-size Escalade will remain in Cadillac model line. Furthermore, Johan de Nayssen not going to framed body SUV to a crossover vehicle with a monocoque body.

One of the nearest Cadillac brand objectives – to electrify the model line. The first plug-in hybrid will be released later this year on the basis of Cadillac CT6 sedan.
