Purchased this auto in May 2015. I faced several problems which turned out to be annoying. From time to time windshield wipers come on but don’t turn off. Power to all doors is lost at times. All warning lights come on as well as air bag light. I was disappointed to know that the car had no turn signal. So I can’t feel safe inside. Especially when I’m with my four kids.
What I liked about this car is a lot of space inside. Since I do a lot of DIY projects it’s comfortable to transport them inside due to fold flat seating arrangement. I’ve done around 12,000 miles on it and average over 20 miles to the gallon in city. By the way my 2011 Ford Ranger averaged 14 miles to the gallon only (same conditions). No problems with oil. I change it and rotate tires every 6000 miles. The car merges into traffic fine.
Even though this auto has a few advantages I still need higher level of safety for my family. Feel at risk and insecure when driving it. So I regret about the purchase. What’s more, I wish I had AWD instead of FWD but it would cost me another $10,000.
