I was very careful before buying this auto. I compared it with every similar vehicle. Finally I could make my decision. It was best owing to its design and utility. There was competitive mileage and interesting driving characteristics. My skepticism to this premium brand AWD auto was unveiled. Driving is still a matter of excitiment. You feel it’s well planted. I find footwell quite tight but it doesn’t bring too much discomfort. Seating is good anyway. What I didn’t expect from a small turbo is a quiet engine. Automatic transmission surprised me as well because it’s really smooth. I can’t but admire Sync with MyFordTouch system. See no reasons for complaints. As for me, it’s intuitive enough. Tailgate option is my favourite though. Foot motion option is missing, I don’t think it’s necessary. Very nice features in this auto. Value is good too. As for mileage, it’s not as much as stated. However, I prefer to stay away from freeways. Compared to my KIA Escape is much better. KIA was real junk. All in all, I’m in love with 2016 Ford Escape and I’m not going to change my mind.
